En man med en fascination af plæneklippere, en temperamentsfuld Italiensk luftakrobat som slås med en spansk toreador, trompetist på slap line og en Tysk akrobat med fascination for hæfteklammer. Dette er blot nogle af de excentriske karakterer fra tolvmands kompagniet Le Cirque du Platzak.
‘’Kermiz’’ er en cirkusforestilling hvor hver karakter får vist sine særligheder og kraften fra fællesskabet stømmer ud over scenekanten. ‘’Kermiz’’ er et cirkus eventyr i en barnlig drøm, ikke et sødt eventyr men mere som den mørke side af et Brødrene Grimm eventyr. ‘’Kermiz’’ blander atmospherer fra det traditionelle cirkus og ny cirkus, krydret med rå folkemusik.
A guy with a fascination for lawnmowers, a temperamental Italian aerialist fighting with a Spanish toreador, a trumpeter on a slack rope, and a German acrobat with a fascination for staplers. These are just some of the eccentric characters from the twelve-man collective Le Cirque du Platzak.
‘’Kermiz’’ is a circus performance in which the peculiarities of each individual are revealed, and the power of a collective becomes clearly visible. “Kermiz” is a circus adventure in a childish dream, not a sweet story, more like the dark side of a Grimm fairy tale.
“Kermiz” mixes the atmosphere of the old circus with nouveau cirque, peppered with rough folk music.
I 2007 blev et band startet og ikke helt tilfældigt kaldte de sig for ‘’Platzak’’. Helt fra starten har bandet spillet rå folkemusik på festivaler. For sjov startede de et samarbejde med nogle cirkus artister fra ACaPA (Academy for Circus and Performance Art) i Tilburg, Holland. samarbejdet var succesfuldt reaktionerne fra publikummet såvel som fra det professionelle felt var meget positive og derfra var ‘’Cirque du Platzak’’ født.
In 2007 a band, with a not arbitrarily chosen name, Platzak (broke) was founded. Since its inception, the band has played their rough folk music at festivals. For fun, they started a collaboration with a bunch of circus students from the ACaPA (Academy for Circus and Performance Art) in Tilburg. This collaboration was successful and the reactions of the public as well as those of the professionals were very positive. Cirque du PLATZAK was born!

Der påtager sig udfordringen; hvordan man inden for rammerne af en trapez, møder en fremmed, deler sine interesser og får plads til sig selv . Showet skifter mellem komedie og tragedie, kærlighed og aggression, følelse og kontrol. En fantasifuld og poetisk udforskning af ekstrem fysik.
The High Life is a trapeze/theatre performance that allows us to experience life on a bar in a high flying relationship. How do you relate to someone when one is on the ground and the other is in the air? How do you find a life together that satisfies both? And how can you create room for yourself when the space is close to non-existent? The show moves between comedy and tragedy, love and aggression, impulse and control. An imaginative and emotional exploration of extreme physique.
Lalla la Cour og Eivind Øverland er hvem vi er, og alskens slags trapets er hva vi gjør: Duo, solo, statisk og svingende. Vi er på et gledelig oppdrag for å utforske og utvikle hva vi kan gjøre med våre kropper, og hva vi kan få vårt publikum til å føle. Vi presser grensene for vårt artistiske uttrykk, formatet til vår kunstform, i tillegg til vår fysikk og ferdighetsnivå bare litt lenger enn sist. Sammen er vi Lalla and The Amazing Other.

Der vil bla. være en promenade-forestilling, som vil finde sted flere forskellige steder på grunden, hvor publikum vil blive guidet fra et spillested til det næste. I modsætning til det traditionelle cirkus-koncept hvor artisterne rejser rundt efter publikum vil rollerne være byttet og publikum vil vandre efter forestillingen.
A unique part of this festival will be the forest tour, which will take place in the beautiful surroundings around Soldalen. The forest will turn into a stage and different to the traditional circus which travels from place to place, we will invite the audience on an enchanted journey to discover both circus and the woods from a new perspective.

Sofia Larsson
"Dans som om ingen kigger"
I mellemrummet mellem sensuel og latterlig, hårdt og flydende, i og ud af kontrol. Her er den pige som ikke vil forlade dansegulvet bare fordi baren er lukket. I Sverige siger vi “Man har inte roligare än man gör sig”.
"Dance Like Nobody’s Watching"
In the borderland of sensual and ridiculous, solid and fluid, in- and out- of control. Here’s that girl who does not leave that dance floor just because the bar’s closing. In Sweden we say “Man har inte roligare än man gör sig”.
Sofia Larsson begyndte med at optræde for Cirkus Cirkör da hun var 13. Hendes videregående uddannelse tog hun i Frankrig og Holland som endte med graduering fra Le Lido de Toulouse i 2013. hun er har arbejdet som håndstands artist, musiker og klovn i Europa, Cambodia og Palæstina.
Sofia Larsson started to perform for Cirkus Cirkör at the age of 13. Her higher education was in France and Netherlands which ended with a graduation from Le Lido de Toulouse in 2013. She’s worked as a handbalancer, musician and clown around Europe, Cambodia and Palestine.
Villads Bugge Bang

Anna Emilie
Anna Emilie er oprindeligt fra smilets by, Århus. Hun blev først introduceret til cirkus i 2010, da hun gik på gøglerskolen, og blev siden så bidt af det, at hun flyttede til Holland for at tage en cirkus bachelor på kunst universitetet, codarts.
Anna Emilie is originally from then city of smiles, Århus. She was introduced to cirkus for the first time in 2010, when she went to gøglerskolen, and since then she became so hooked on it, that she moved to the Netherlands to do a bachelor of circus in the art university, codarts.
I denne forestilling inviterer vi publikum til at løfte deres blik mod træernes grene. Her vil I muligvis være heldige at møde det mystiske syn af kvinden som nægter at barbere sig. Et yndefuldt nummer med et mærkeligt twist.
In this performance we invite the audience to raise the sight towards the branches of the trees. Here you might be lucky to encounter the mysterious look of the lady who rejects to shave. A graceful act with a weird twist.

Nike Herrberg
Nike Herrberg er komiker, klovn og stifter af "Bornholmerklovnene. Siden 2006 har hun turneret med forestillingen "Dr. Gerlinde Vornüber og Kevin". Hun er specialist i situationskomik og spontane indfald og vil stå for at guide dig/jer gennem halvdel af skoven.
Nike Herrberg is comedian, clown and founder of "bornholmerklovene". She is touring with her program "Dr. Gerlinde Vornüber und Kevin" since 2006. She is going for situation komik and spontaneity and will guide you through half of the forest.

Aslak startede med at optræde da han var 11 i 2016 modtog han sit bachelor diplom i cirkus og performance art, hans specialer er Kinesisk pæl, pisk, historiefortælling og snart et kursus i pyrotechnik. Før han han tog til Tilburg, Holland, for at tage sin uddannelse gik han tre år på cirkus skolen i København, AFUK.
Aslak started performing with street theatre at the age of 11. In 2016 he received his bachelor diploma, his specialization is Chinese Pole, bull whipping and story telling, and soon to come, a minor education in pyrotechnics. Before going to the university in Tilburg he spent three years at the Danish Circus school AFUK.
Lad en rejsende og hans trofaste følgesvend tage dig med på i en fortælling hvor alt kan ske. Sammen har de været igennem tykt og tyndt og er nu klar til at tage deres publikum med ind i deres lille univers formet af drømme og venskab. A solo dance performance with many faces and voices. A high-five to the ridiculous effort to escape oneself. A tribute to the impossibility to comprehend. It’s hope for their contributions, the black sheep illuminations. It’s the embodiment and envoicement of a body meeting the tones of one of those artistic geniuses, Sergei Rachmaninov. An ode to miseries, talents & imaginations.
Manon Duquesnay Dansk fransk danser, performer, koreograf, kunstner og lærer, med en BA i Danse Performance fra DOCH, Stockholm 2015. Manon arbejder tværdisciplinært og -kulturelt. Baseret i Danmark arrangerer hun workshops og performative eventementer i Public Space Tårnby Torv. Internationalt er hun medstifter af Collectif Insolite, hvor hun optræder i Touché og Xiuxiuejar og aktuel med soloen Ode til dig.
Manon Siv Duquesnay Danish French dancer, performer, choreographer, artist and teacher, with a BA in Dance Performance from DOCH, Stockholm 2015. Manon works interdisciplinarily and culturally. Based in Denmark, she organizes workshops and performative events in Public Space Tårnby Torv. Internationally she is co-founder of Collectif Insolite, performing in Touché and Xiuxiuejar and currently with the solo Ode To You.

Hen mod aftenen vil Le Cirque du Platzak lade balkan/klezmer musikken omhylle festivals pladsen og byde alle tilskuere op til dans før alle tager hjem. Kontrabas, Violin, Accordion, Klarinet, Trompet og sang er den musikalske base af orkesteret Le Cirque du Platzak. For denne forestilling har bandet komponeret nye sange og skabt nye opsætninger.
At the end of the day - before everyone will go home - the band of Le Cirque du Platzak will get everyone to dance with their rough folkmusic.Contrabass, violin, accordion, clarinet, trumpet and vocals are the musical basis of the orchestra of Le Cirque du Platzak. For this show, the band has composed new songs and created new arrangements.
